Age & Fitness
- Minimum age: 14 for solo training and tandem flights.
- 14–18: must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or responsible adult.
- Upper age limit: 70 unless specifically agreed with our instructors.
- Expect walking uphill and running short distances as part of training.
